29th August 2019:
A very well run and spotlessly clean guesthouse with a friendly and welcoming host. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit and a hot breakfast cooked to order.
Tips:It is such a beautiful part of England - there is so much to see. Having said that, Land's End was awful - crowded and commercialised and 6 pounds to park the car. But the little coves along the way were uncrowded and delightful. The highlight for us was our visit to the stunning Minack Theatre. We arrived at 10am before it was too crowded. Such a beautiful place. There is an exhibition on the creation of the theatre by the indomitable Edwina Cade. It was worth going to Cornwall just to see this. There is a very good Indian/Nepalese restaurant, the Taj Mahal, run by 4 Indian women, just around the corner from the Lynwood, off the main road along the beach. Excellent food and low-prices including for wine. But get there early - no later than 6.30 as it gets busy. Delightful guesthouse with excellent breakfast and very good service. Thanks!
Tips:Excellent location - we love Penzance and it's the perfect base for exploring beautiful Penwith. One highlight is the Minack Theatre - check what's on, and take pasties and rugs with you! Also recommended: the Edge of the World bookshop: good selection and friendly service.

I have stayed here for 9 years when I've been on holiday in Cornwall. Terry and Helen are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, and Terry does a lovely cooked breakfast. Another lovely stsy, looking forward to next time!!
Tips:I would highly recommend visiting the Isles of Scilly. We went over on the boat and had a lovely day. Truro and St Ives are well worth a visit, as is Land's End and Lizard point.

Lovely hosts and very attentive to our needs. Terry checked us in giving us lots of information on the local area and served a beautiful breakfast in the morning. We were well looked after And if you like the feel of staying in a guesthouse then they don't come much better than this.
Tips:An absolute must is to visit the Minack Theatre which is about half an hour drive but make sure you book tickets online before you come down.
