High standards and warm welcome, excellent attention to detail. Matt and his team were considerate and helpful, with suggestions of where to go and how to get there, all his recommendations were appreciated. As were the breakdadts, creamy porridge and variations on cooked breakfast from local area, cooked to order. My room was small but cosy with everything you'd want.
Tips:Took train to St Ives and had crab sandwiches with fab view in Rock Pool Cafe, took bus to Mousehole had lunch in Olives very friendly staff. Dined at restaurant in Penzance, think it was called the Old Lighthouse, excellent hake and chips and friendly staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Matt, you are a great host. Superb breakfasts to set me up for the day. Lovely bright airy room, nice hot showers. Nothing lacking. See my trip advisor review. Hope you are happy with it as much as I was happy to stay with you.
Tips:If you are single traveller I recommend the front single room ( number 1 ) as it is lighter and gives more room to move around and put things out. It is still quiet even though facing the road. The Longboat Hotel opposite is good for basic meals and if you want to watch Sky and/or BT Sports on their big screen.

Matt is an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble.
Tips:Location good because it is close to rail and bus links. I did not like Penzance itself, though. There were, however, some good restaurants at the top of the town in Chapel Street.
