Very clean and loved the bathroom , the owners are lovely and a 5* cooked breakfast in the morning, will definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone, thank you oh and the bed was lush

Very welcoming and comfortable stay.Lovely big room with 4 poster bed. Good choice of breakfast items, hot and cold, ordered the night before so didn't have to wait. We were given croissants etc to take with us on the second morning as we were leaving early, thank you Nikki.

Close to the promenade. Good pubs for evening meals near the Quay.

During my four days at Woodstock Guesthouse I felt very much at home, thanks to the hospitality of Nikki, the excellent breakfast and my room.

If you like walking a walk along along the coastpath to Marazion is a good idea. For those who like to be on ferries and visit Island the isles of Scilly is a great thing.

We stayed in the loft and it was perfect for us. Very quiet place, brilliant for a well deserved night sleep. Breakfast was brought to our door-step at the time agreed.

We stayed two separate nights at Woodstock, on our way too and from the Isles of Scilly, and would be very happy to come back. Great location, lovely breakfasts in elegant surroundings, and Nikki is a fantastic host, who was genuinely keen to do whatever she could to make our stay more enjoyable, e.g. lent us cushions for the Minack and even posted back our Scilly gin, which we left behind! Room/bathroom was on the small size but was clean and had everything we needed - we liked the special touch of the 'crab towels'.

We enjoyed our evening at the Minack theatre - you can hire cushions and buy food and drinks there, but take blankets and warm clothes. The Shore restaurant, at the top of the road, is an extraordinary (and very expensive) experience - recommended for foodies.

This is a great guest house, positioned just off the sea front with glimpses of the sea. The guest house is in a lovely neighbourhood and only a short pleasant walk to the town centre and harbour. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. There is secure storage for bikes and although we were room only the breakfast looked great. I definitely recommend this as a place to stay and explore the area.

There is a lovely pub with beer garden about 3 minutes walk away and the town centre is a ten minute stroll

A warm welcome from Nikki. Beautifully appointed rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Chose to have the very good light breakfast as catching the Scillonian! Friendly and relaxing and would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Easy access to restaurants and also to getting to the Scillonian by 8.15am

The warm and friendly welcome to a excellent guest house with a fantastic fresh cooked breakfast. The rooms were spotless.

Location is excellent, close to the sea front, town centre and restaurant's. However the guest house only has on street parking.

Right next to the promenade. If you come by train, it's under 20 minutes walk along the Quay and Promenade. Nikki is the perfect host, and has prepared a wealth of information for visitors. Room and breakfast room are bright and modern, breakfast was a treat. And a little detail that made me jump for joy: freshly ground coffee and a French press on the room, instead of the ubiquitous Nescafe. I'll be back!

I had dinner in the cozy little Thai Moon, just a few steps down the promenade, past the play park.

Lovely warm and comfortable room with en suite and tea making facilities. We were treated with great friendliness throughout with helpful advice on local amenities. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We highly recommend people try out the Taj Mahal round the corner if they enjoy good Indian and Nepalese food. Also visit the museum in the same road as the guest house.

A very brief stay to the Woodstock Guest House as I was on the Early Ferry to St Mary's at 5.30 am. The room was very clean, comfortable and Nicky was lovelly. Great location close to the centre of Penzance, I'll definitely be staying next time on my way to the Scillies. Thank you for the croissants to keep me going.
